Tim Oelbrandt combines magic, illusion and theatre in a magnificent way. His performances Back and forth and Brain Freeze have been true audience favourites. Now he presents a brand new spectacle: Spirals.
Spirals is about a man who is so isolated that he can no longer feel the difference between real life and his inner fantasy world. The central object in Spirals is a marble track, made entirely of copper, in which only marbles the size of a billiard ball fit. An installation that is reminiscent of Jules Verne or the theatrical constructions of Royal de Luxe. Tim paints a dream world scene by scene, supported by some beautiful music. A dream factory that is controlled by the manipulation of objects and the power of illusion.
