Wanneer de Boer en hond Bitzer naar de jaarmarkt gaan, glipt Shaun mee. Helemaal betoverd door de exotische dieren die hij op de veiling ziet, zorgt Shaun ervoor dat de Boer enkele lama’s koopt. Op de boerderij doet Shaun zijn best om de andere schapen te overtuigen dat de lama’s eindelijk een beetje sensatie kunnen brengen in hun levens. Alles lijkt heel goed te gaan, totdat de lama’s zich een beetje te veel gaan thuis voelen op de boerderij…

When the Farmer and dog Bitzer visit the county fair, Shaun sneaks out and joins them. Completely besotted by the exotic animals he sees on the auction, Shaun makes sure the Farmer buys a couple of llama’s. At the farm, Shaun tries his best to convince the other sheep that the llama’s will finally bring some excitement in their lives. Everything seems to work out great, until the llama’s start to make themselves a little too much at home…
