But when Mickey 17 returns from the dead and discovers his replacement has already been activated, an identity crisis erupts that shakes the entire system to its core.

Following the groundbreaking PARASITE, director Bong Joon Ho returns to the science fiction genre in which he already fused biting social critique with genre entertainment in SNOWPIERCER and OKJA. His signature is unmistakable once again: satirical, visually striking, and thematically layered.

With dark humour and visual flair, Bong explores existential themes: what does it mean to be yourself in a world where your body is replaceable?
