Christmas time has arrived and the McCallister family is about to leave on holiday to Paris to spend Christmas there. The eve before their departure, Kevin, the youngest child in the family, gets into a fight with older brother Buzz and gets sent to his room. When the family oversleeps the next morning, they hurry to the airport in chaos… without Kevin. The latter cherishes his newfound freedom. A whole pizza to himself, jumping on the bed and turning the house upside down… What more can an eight-year-old wish for? But then he discovers that two feared thieves want to break into his house. Kevin uses his imagination and resourcefulness to outsmart the bandits.
